Questions, answered
Soft gel or sculpted hard gel - which should I choose?
Soft gel extensions are quicker and feel lighter - ideal for first sets and moderate length. Sculpted hard gel is stronger and fully custom-shaped, best for longer lengths or if you're hard on your hands. We'll recommend one at your consultation.
How long do extensions last?
3–4 weeks between visits. An infill refreshes the growth gap, strength and colour without removing the set - most clients book it before they leave.
Will removal damage my natural nails?
Not when it's done properly. We remove gel systems safely with soaking and gentle filing - never prying - so your natural nail stays intact underneath.
